Breathtaking view and great stay!

We should have planned to stay longer. This hotel’s views are amazing and you can hardly be closer to the water! The rooms are varied. We stayed in a modest room that wasn’t fully renovated yet but our fellow traveller was in a fully renovated room which was nicely appointed. We basically sat at the window and watched the water and then a nighttime lightning storm over the water; walked the very long beach and just relaxed. It was awesome and a GREAT value.

Incredible Dinner at Le Gaspesiana

My wife and I just finished an incredible meal at Le Gaspesiana in the little town of Sainte-Flavie, Quebec. The restaurant is right on the St. Lawrence River and provides incredible views of the water. We ordered the fried calmari which was cooked in black pepper and served with a spicy aoli sauce – it was incredible. My wife ordered the fried haddock and I had the steack-frites, which is a very standard French dish. Both were mouth-watering. For a small town on the St. Lawrence River to have such an amazing restaurant is a real treasure. This restaurant is associated with the hotel by the same name, but it was packed with locals who know a good place when they see (and taste) it. If you’re in the area, this is a place not to be missed!

A remarkably pleasant independent hotel with a great restaurant and perfect, panoramic views of the St Lawrence.

Great breakfast on the road to Percé

Pleasant surprise in the middle of the village. Restaurant of the busy hotel, it is better to make a reservation. The establishment is very well organised and busy. The service was great. The dishes are generous.
